What To Expect

Join me for a half-day in-person group workshop

This group workshop will be co-facilitated by myself and my colleague - Jane Berry - a Registered Clinical Social Worker. It is designed to help anyone with ADHD learn more about how food and nutrition impacts and can support ADHD brains.

This group environment provides a safe space for ADHD like-minded folks to learn, share experiences, practice strategies together, and is an opportunity to support each other in working towards a thriving lifestyle.
